Session summaries and insights are generated using AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Aurvia does not claim ownership of AI-generated summaries or insights derived from your data. We retain a license to process this data only to improve the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Aurvia and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. All user data, including recordings and transcripts, is stored with industry-standard encryption. Only the account owner may access or share their recordings unless explicitly authorized.
The Service integrates with third-party services (AssemblyAI, Anthropic Claude, Notion, Google Calendar, Stripe). Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Aurvia is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Aurvia recognizes the sensitive nature of coaching sessions. We implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information. You are responsible for:
Aurvia is currently in beta. Features, availability, and outputs may change as we refine the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, reputational harm, or client disputes arising from reliance on AI-generated summaries.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurvia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
