4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services to provide enhanced functionality:

AssemblyAI

We use AssemblyAI to transcribe audio recordings. Your audio files are processed securely and transcripts are stored in our database.

Anthropic (Claude AI)

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate session summaries and insights. Transcripts are sent securely for processing but are not stored or retained by Anthropic.

When you connect Notion, we sync action items to your workspace. OAuth authorization is required for secure access.

Google Calendar

When you connect Google Calendar, we can link sessions to calendar events. OAuth authorization is required for access.

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. Your data is encrypted and stored securely within Supabase-managed infrastructure.

Stripe

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Zoom (planned integration)

If you connect Zoom, Aurvia may access meeting data (meeting ID, recording URL, and participant names) to associate recordings with session notes. Recordings are processed for transcription only if selected by you. We never store or share your Zoom credentials.

Calendly (planned integration)

If you integrate Calendly, Aurvia may access meeting titles, times, and participant emails to automatically link sessions with clients in Aurvia. Calendly data is used only for synchronization within your account.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encryption at rest for stored data
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database
  • OAuth 2.0 for integrations
  • Regular security audits and updates

We rely on trusted vendors such as Supabase, Stripe, AssemblyAI, and Anthropic—each maintaining rigorous security certifications and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
